Hi guys. Just in case there is no reunion on the night of 4 December at the SECC in Glasgow, would there, could there possibly a meet/greet (or even dare we suggest a mini-gig) at a venue in the afternoon of that day somewhere in Glasgow. Simple Minds are playing up to 4 December, so there is no way we could see you the night before, and there are quite a few folk making their way home (or even onto Belfast) the following day in time for the gig there on 6 December.
I'll leave the ball in your court guys, but it would be great if the travelling folk (especially those from the far flung areas of the globe) could have a taster of what Fourgoodmen are all about live. Just a thought, not a demand.. but wouldn't it be great

Leave it with me Shirl. We have been talking about performing Sons and Fascination in it's entirety round about then, but fourgoodmen would definitely be playing as well..either first or last... I'll have James do a bit of homework...

I am sure that Victoria or I can find some more of those earl grey bikkies if that's any sort of incentive LOL
Seriously tho, there is a bunch of travelling Oz/Nz that would love to get to a gig, its probably our once in a lifetime chance !! (Playing the sympathy card now....... ) Our little travelling tribe is leaving Glasgow morning of 6th.............

Hey, stop teasing me with that....
I will only go to the Wembley gig, and if you are doing the whole Sons And Fascination album around the Glasgow gig you also have to do it on your X-mas gig.
Promise me that Derek!

Tracey, I already tried bribing Derek with the Earl Grey biscuits!!! Not sure he even liked them, lol. If I can't find the biscuits at Christchurch airport, I can see you, me and Liane might spend our stopover rocketing around Dubai looking for them.
Maybe we should try alcohol. Do you drink red wine Derek? I'm sure we could bring you a bottle of the finest from Western Australia and New Zealand respectively.
Back on topic, I would really love to get Tracey and Liane (and the rest of our travelling Oz/Kiwi tribe) along to see 4GM live in December, so they can see what I've been raving on about for the last year.
Please, please, please, please, please ............xxxx |

Cheers Derek. Much appreciated. I know that we are on very limited time, due to the fact that those who are global travellers will only be in Glasgow for a couple of days (tops) on 4/5 December, so I'm grateful that you are trying to sort something out for this. |

I have spoken to James, and we think we could book the Classic Grand for before the Simple Minds show, then do and aftershow gig after Simple Minds have played. We would have both Sons of Dan and Fourgoodmen performing. Elizabeth you will be our guest when you arrive, and we will make sure you are looked after.

Very good news indeed!
You're a star, Derek! And give James a big kiss for all his efforts!
