Hi .. I just wondered if it would be worthwhile to change the date of the Glasgow meet up, and possibly have a Manchester get together to coincide with the BC date on 27 October. There's the Motherwell Beer Fest a fortnight earlier on 12/13 October, and that might be an alternative to consider. Kerstin, do you still plan to come over for the late October weekend, or have those plans now been cancelled? I'm still happy to go with a Glasgow weekend at the end of the month if your plans are still in place. Those who are unable to make Glasgow can have a beer for us in Manchester if we are north of the border.
As you can see, plans are nowhere near set in stone, unless of course, Kerstin has already booked her flight to Glasgow..

Hi Shirl
Jim and I plan to be in the Trossach area w/c 13 October for up to a week (our annual Autumn jaunt up to God's country - just love the colurs up there !) but nothing confirmed yet (my fault on my list!) so it would be better for us if it was the 13th (although we will have our mut in tow too lol!) So if you did change the date of the Glasgow meet up we could possibly come over and join you (depending on where we are stayin... now I must get that sorted lol!)
Still not sure re BC in Manchester yet (decisions, decisions Stylistics v BC - what dya think lol!!! )
Will be in touch,

| Cheers Andrea.. I don't really want to change the date of the meet up if Kerstin has made definite plans, but thanks for responding. I'll let you know asap if there is any change to the arrangements. The Tracks can't appear as hoped as Mick (McArthur, guitarist) is away that weekend. If Kerstin changes her plans, then we may move the date of the October meet up, or indeed it may be cancelled altogether so we can concentrate on the December knees-up! I still hope something happens though, as I'm not sure that all who wanted to come up for October can make the December gig.. |

Shirl - if you don`t mind I`ll go for Dec. - it makes it a lot easier for me and so I will definately have enough money left for the Dec. - Gig and Meetup.
Although my little business improves - there is still a lot of money to spend on it - it will be easier to save some money and make the next meet-ups and Gigs then.
But thanks a lot for asking about my decision first - you made me smile. I still have to get over Martin, as for he was THE one for me.......
So everything that cheers me up is very welcome.
And this also is the reason why I didn`t put up pics from Barra yet - it hurts to see them at moment. Imagine, this were the holidays to plan our handfasting.......
But I wouldn`t be myself - if I won`t get over it and look forward.
And Dec. is really something to hope and look forward to.
Hugs, Kerstin |

No worries, Kerstin. I understand you may want time to get plans ready for December, and from what I can gather, it's going to be well worth waiting for. I look forward to meeting up with you then
