Not wanting to talk ill of the dead but good ridance to bad rubbish,I feel we'll be hearing alot more about him in the next few weeks that we have heard in quite a few years....many many skelingtons in his closet!! _________________ Hyde |

Will ... deary me ... He was renowned for bringing the Bay City Rollers to the fore, saving the Scottish tartan industry in the mid-70's and servicing young boys.
I actually met the manager of one of the Rollers' competition on the Edinburgh scene at the same time as "Shang-A-Lang", etc., a few years after ... compared to him, I'd have nominated Paton as a cub scout leader ... this guy was BEYOND sleazy!!! _________________ BITE ME! |

watched many a doc on the Rollers and Tam,he always left me feeling uneasy!,I've since learned that Les McEwan is now claiming he was rapped by Paton,didn't take long for the stories to come out _________________ Hyde |
