Hi B
Can you give us some indicators to what requirements you'd be after? ie capacity etc..
The ones that come to mind at the moment in the North West of England are
The Citadel, St.Helens
The Cavern, Liverpool
Academy 2, Liverpool
Club Academy, Manchester
Maybe James and Derek could venture out this way on a fact finding mission.. |

Casting the net a wee bit further afield and with proper promotion, Amsterdam's Melkweg (Milky Way) would seem an appropriate venue and only a short flight away ... _________________ BITE ME! |

Ok, now the question is... did Derek and James suss out the Cavern when Los Mondo Bongo played there re a possible Fourgoodmen gig??
Another possible venue - The Town Mill, Mansfield, Notts. My friends' own it, and they've been hosts to gigs by (among others) TV Smith, Spear Of Destiny, The Meteors, Nine Below Zero, Midge Ure etc etc (massive list on their myspace page (The Mill). They've also got The Beat coming up in July, which unfortunately I can't make as I'll be in N Wales that weekend.
