Aye Billy, I seen him on 'Rogue Builders' on Sky TV a couple of weeks ago. Yep, it's most certainly Jim alright. He turned up at this old fogey's gaff with his joinery bag and stool wearing a white ski-jumper  , like the one he wore on some of Shirl's photo's from the early 80's. Aye, he charged the old dear 400 notes just to hang a front door. When she shut it the door fell away from the casing as he'd forgot to fit the hinges. I believe she's still in intensive care today, after a dreadful blow to the head from the door. Apparently Mr Kerr is now on the run and was last seen in Burma, wearing a red gown and donning a shaved head.
