Braehead what a day for 4GMWell what an amazing day not only did 4GM put on the show of the day we are getting discussed on the Retrofest website forum!!!check it out www.retrofest.co.uk FOURGOODMEN Headlining Retrofest on the Friday night, we were going to be put on in the Saturday early afternoon but after some discussions and the site opening on the Friday we couldn’t miss this fantastic opportunity At the moment I only know one of the other acts on the Friday they are the Glasgow 80s band ‘Passionate Friends’ http://profile.myspace.com/index....iewprofile&friendid=126499095 when I have more information on the line up I will let you know Great to meet all you mad wumin (& Will) again, nice to see you were sober for a change!!! then the bar was not up to much at £10 for 3 drinks tokens???? I met two of my childhood neigbours at the gig,they asked who was I there to see,Tony Hadly,Limalll??, When I told them FourGoodMen they gave me a blank look so I gave them a potted history!! 
Later on I met them again and they were all "OH! MY GOD!!! They've been the best yet!!! why does no-one know about them??" |

What a fabulous day had by all (I want a re-run!!)
It so made up for all the stress I had getting the tickets hardly significant now. Many thanks to Ian for dedicating "Dont you" to me - I am still in shock so sweet  
I enjoyed everyones set (apart from that mad David Guest - what the hell was he doing there???  ) and I regret missing most of Heaven 17 as I was looking for my mobile (I wasn't drunk honest  !!!) I can't wait for Retrofest now!!!

(Bearsden and Coatbridge were just easier for me to drive to so no drinkies and The big wedding the day after Braehead) |
