I am not sure if you connected that it was me from the website but there was a whole lot of noise going on as well LOL...... did you say you were thinking of coming down to Oz for some shows?? or am I just dreaming hehe Sounds like it was a great event and hope that I can get to a 4GM gig sometime hopefully next year when I come over. I didn't realise it was you. Wow. Great timing. It must have been early morning when I spoke to you. Of course, we do want to come down to Australia and perform, but we need someone to start the ball rolling. If you know of anyone who can make it happen on your side, that would be great. We may be going to Kuala Lumpur for a gig at the end of October, and Oz is not too far from there ...is it??? 4GM in Oz? Now that would be a great reason for an Oz/NZ Army meet-up, surely?
BTW, am back home in Wellington now, very jet-lagged after 30 or so hours of flights and transfers, but still exhilarated from Sunday night. I can't believe I saw Derek, Mick and Brian on stage together - it was just stunning - could hear the jaws dropping around the room as people realised what they were hearing. Absolute perfection, stunning, breath-taking, magical. Loved 4GM's performance, which is great seeing as I'd never heard you before. Will be loading up my new 4GM CD to my ipod just as soon as I've recovered sufficiently to cope with itunes. Thanks to Derek, Mick and Brian for signing my S&F LP and for being so lovely to talk to. Tracey - I've got a CD for you and a t-shirt. Talk soon. |

What a bizarre/surreal call that must have been! Lucky you! When next year are you going to the UK? (I'm toying with the idea too) Have a great time in Brisbane! Dakota I leave my computer for a week and look what happens! I miss out on all the action!!

Can't wait to see Victoria for a good old chat. Hi Dakota Am hoping for a SM tour next year and it if happens then will be heading over to Europe to hopefully catch up with all the wonderful people I have met online and catch a few gigs in the various places. If no tour then will probably plan to go anyway around Aug/Sept. T xx |

They cancelled the 'Rock Show'. Whitney Houston was booked for the main night, and that has, or will, go ahead. Bummer....
