human league / OnetwoHello
Got to see the Human League on their Dare tour the other night, a fantastic gig, they were supported by Onetwo Claudia Brucken (propaganda) and paul Humphreys (omd). After a quiet start they won over the croud playing tracks from their album 'Instead', which is very good, bonus of having a song written by Claudia & Martin Gore, towards the end they done 'Club country', 'Messages' and 'Duel', it was good hearing Claudia sing live as she has a fantasic and distinctive voice ( as i think derek would agree) what a talent, They are definately worth checking out if you get the chance.
The Human League blew everyone away, highlights of their set had to be 'Darkness', 'Being Boiled' (how it should be done) and 'Mirror man', and of course Joanne (the dark haired one) looking good and dressing up   she's great ,

Gad you had a great time I must admit I've seen Human League 3 times and although you'll be oogling at the girls I thought Phil was a crap front man running up and down the stage like someone set off a firework up his ASS 
Get's a bit tiring following back and forth like at a tennis match though they can sing good live shame he can't stay still ha
PS Maybe he's on SPEED or Viagra who knows

hi! Billy,after being invited to play at Billy MacKenzies tribute night at SBE in March OneTwo have pledged to play an Associates/MacKenzie song in EVERY live set from now on,so I'm glad their good for their word(I have clips of Claudia on YouTube from the night,search Billy MacKenzie tribute OneTwo Claudia should take you to them )

what do you meen  the man's a genius, nothing wrong with an active stage presance
Will, the clip of onetwo is great, must have been a good gig, i want to see them again, their album is brilliant.

Yeah, I did enjoy the Human League, but his one walk backward an bleedin forward did me head in.

Hi Billy,
Saw them in Glasgow. Gig was fab. Thought One/Two were really good but have to disagree with you totally about Joanne...she does my nut in. Zero stage presence and even less of a clue about what to wear...Susanne always looks really ,really nice but Joanne needs someone to tell her that half the time what she wears does her no favours at all...........
Will you ever forgive me?????
