I HEARD A RUMOUR WETS PLAYING IN A MARQUEE GLASGOW GREEN
Aye I heard the Wet's playing Glasgow Green for the Italy game and there selling tickets  it's in a huge marquee
Anyone else heard it from the grapevine
I canny go I'm skintted and a poor pauper 
But there's ment to be more bands

I haven't heard anything about this. Maybe a stupid question but what date is that suppose to be.

Right I just got an email from real Radio saying this:
As I'm sure you know on the 17th of November Scotland play Italy at Hampden Park. Yesterday we announced that we have joined together with Glasgow City Council to have one of the biggest parties ever in Scotland. 7000 people will be joining us at Glasgow Green in one of the world's biggest marquees to watch the game on big screens with live bands and entertainment.

But I don't think The Wets will be there because we heard they are doing this :
Saturday 17th November 2007 @ The Brewery, London A spectacular “RED AND BLACK MASQUERADE” themed evening with over 400 guests from the media and corporate world, mingling with a host of celebrities. The evening is to be hosted by David ‘kid’ Jenson with live music, for what promises to be a fantastic evening of entertainment. Our target again this year is to raise significant funds for Help a London Child. Launched by Capital Radio in 1975, which was founded by Richard Attenborough and John Whitney. Last year’s press ball was a fantastic success and we raised over £40,000 on the night for the charity.
It has been confirmed the Wets are doing this.

tickets on sale saturday morning £12.00 or something no bad but it's the girls night out so we can't make it

Still nothing on the Wets site about this but it could be that the guys will be doing this early afternoon??
Fans heard radio presenters say this...
elaine c smith on as a guest and they were talking about the scotland game on saturday they were selling tickets to the show at glasgow green all week and they said tonight that it is going to be a big party and there is a surprise band appearing but they are not allowed to say who it is , but alan rough did say ( i hope its not raining on saturday i wouldnt want to get wet ) and elaine c smith then said oh i think i know who it might be dont know weather he was hinting that it was the wets or not.
Great to hear 4GM are doing this one, have a great time anyone thats going.
