Hope you had a nice trip Shirl, a wealth of minds knowledge
It was good to see people from the forum again, Loretta(hung over before gig! rock n roll) Fun (screaming again) Pamie were you with a girl called Diana from govan obsessed with Ian? Gig was great, really enjoyed it, heart of wonder is just amazing live, here's a few pics till the proper ones come from Tabnab,only a few turned out as becks and photography don't go together with me

I haven't received any of your photo's from the Knockhill gig yet. I'll need to get me hands on them as I'm putting together a page of the concert. Also, if Loretta's reading this...send me yours too. If anyone else has any photo's they'd like to submit just email to me at tabnab1@aol.com I'm having the same problems as Sandra and can't get my photo's on this forum I'm gonna add them to my own site in the meantime, plus the official 4GM site.

I'll tell ya a wee story that happened after the gig
Now is everyone ready then I'll begin
It was a wet and stormy night as the party girls were travelling back the fog was thick and it was pitch black along the winding road anyway as we were bobbing along a 4x4 was behind us as we got to a straight road it over took us, ok I thought (being the driver) I slowed down and let them pass 1 guy was hanging out the window and pointed for us to go left as this was the sign to turn left at the Kincardine Bridge. We did so we then drove along the 4x4 turned right I stopped the car and the 4x4 reversed towards us it stopped. I said to lock the doors I was still thinking it was someone we knew anyway a guy jumped out and came toward us asking if we were coming I said where and he said The Stables I said of course and next thing 4 guys jumped out and ran towards the car the young guy must have told them we were following I waited till they got in the 4x4 then I scampered ha
SEE EVEN THEY KNOW THERE'S NO PARTY WITHOUT FUN

First of all THANKS for wishing me a nice Anniversary night out, we both enjoyed it and look forward to many more .
Well it was a great weekend wasn't it. The weather wasn't too kind, but it WAS Scotland after all. That lively Mr McRingsting put on some rather nice Edinburgh hospitalty for me Shirley and Bootleg Biily. We even got a mini-concert of Simple Minds and the ultratastic Ultravox! The lad aint just a keyboard wizaed wearing a geography teachers jacket ya know - he does a great Dr Oetkers triple cheese pizza....oh yes.
We headed up towards Knockhill in the rain with me at the wheel. Got there with plenty o' time to spare and got the drinks in. Mind, that bog up yon side of the hill, not to my liking, especially when a was runnin' titha bog ivree ten minutes! A knocked it on the head after 2 runs up the hill, and settled for the rear of someones caravan after that, naughty naughty. The gig was great, as expected. We stayed behind for a 'Lock-in' at Jim Harley's request, much appreciated too. After that we headed back to McRingsting Towers for more ale, pizza and music. Aye, it were a grand time. The following morning that nice Mr McRingsting kindly took me back to Knockhill to collect me car. It was ferkin' hoying it down. Me car was in a big fat puddle and a thowt there was no way I was going to get it off that muddy field without a whell-spinner. Luckily enough I got it away and made my way to the top of the bank, with the car sliding about and nearly necking-on with many a parked car!!! Back to Edinburgh in bad rain, and eventually onto the A1 and heading back to Gods Country. Kicking off my boots...going back to my roots....yeah! Great to catch up with everyone, cheers. Uhhh maybe thats my fault a wee bit because when I visited Graeme on his birthday last year his wife Pam said that he needed to get his hair cut but I said I liked it long. Graeme looked at me and said...ohh I will just let it grow now ....... . It was even longer end of last year when he did the Marti solo gigs, he did have it cut now but just a little . I don't think it has anything to do with me, he just thinks its easier and likes it long himself .
