question for derekim looking for a ticket for the simple minds gig in glasgow,i went to see them at the armadilo a couple of years ago,and after seeing them every time they have played glasgow i said i wouldnt go back,but ive had a change of heart but its a sell out,im willing to pay or swap a ticket for one for david gilmour, which are on ebay just now for over £100.

if Mel would answer his phone I would have a chance, but he seems to be awol. The only 'Minds' I speak to on a regular basis are Mick and Brian. Jim and Charlie rarely get in touch.I'd love to say yes, but there's a danger of being bombarded for tickets if I produced one for you. You'd get as much enjoyment from AFGM, I can definitely get a ticket for that show!! Derek

well ive been trying on ebay even went to £75 for 2 tickets but i was beaten,so derek if you dont tell any one i wont.ill even throw in some signed merchandice ive got a wet wet wet program and single and a kyle album all won on radio competitions for the school funds,so the balls in ure court.cheers clarky.

Re: question for derek Hi Clarky, I may be able to help you out with a ticket for the carling gig if your still interested. I sort of have a spare ticket, if the friend that i've offered it to cant manage. I wont know for definate for a couple of days, so if thats ok , then i will leave a post letting you know the outcome. I live in Glasgow, so there wont be a problem getting ticket to you. Derek is right tho, you should go and see AFGM there really good, saw them twice so far, and Mr Forbes is such a charming bloke, they all are. speak to you soon Kaz
