Myself, Lizzie and our two kids had a really fantastic weekend in Rotherham - The weather was lovely, the company was great and the music was fantastic.

I just want to say thankyou to everyone who made our weekend so special.

I think Dan Millard, who arranged the events over the weekend, had his work cut out for him, but managed to tick all the right boxes (i bet the band were pissed off that the Lowe family got an Executive room instead of them lol)

A big thankyou to Brian & Simon who i thought made a really special effort to mingle with all the fans all weekend - Simons photos looked excellent on Monday morning!

Obviously it was very special for me having the opportunity to have a photo with the fabulous Derek & Mick, but i was really impressed with the friendly and happy atmosphere that was certainly in the air all weekend, made by all the band members.

I especially want to say thankyou to Ian, who i thought was a real star - i really appreciate your kindness - i am looking forward to seeing you again at future gigs - your a true front man of this great band.

Last of all i would like to say cheers to Graeme Duffin who sat with us at the aftershow party, happily having photos with us all.

It was really a special weekend that my whole family truly enjoyed!

Keep Rockin & Rollin! as we will be behind you all the way!

We certainly seem to get a great bunch of fans around for these meet ups at concerts - just amazing to imagine that people travelled from all over the world to see a band playing in Rotherham.
