This woman goes to the doctors claiming she's up the stick (pregnant), but the doc dismisses it and says it's 'just wind'. Two weeks later the woman revisits the doctor saying the same thing, 'Doctor, I think I'm pregnant'. Again the doctor dismisses it and says 'No, it's just wind I tell you'. A year later the woman is pushing a large pram up the main street when her doctor approaches, stops, leans over the pram and says 'Are they twins Mrs Grewcock', to which she replies...
